Campus Executives Ambassadors:

All universities and colleges have an Executive body and be subordinate and submissive to the National Executive Ambassadors
Below are the campus Executive Ambassadors:
1. Governor 4. Organizing officer
2. Secretary 5. Public Relation Officer
3. Financial Officer 6. Chief Whip

Governor's Duties

1. Shall preside over all meeting in the university/ college
2. Shall prepare agenda for all meeting or program as Ambassador
3. Serve as chief for the university/ college
4. Shall be signatory to all document for the university
5. Shall adhere to the guidelines of the National Executives.

1. Shall received and record all monies of the AAPSuD
2. Be account to all monies at any time when the need arise3. Shall give monthly cost report to the Governor.

Secretary's Duties

1. Shall take minutes of all meeting and program
2. Shall maintain an accurate list of the AAPSuD membership of that particular university/college
3. Maintain a record of all active and inactive Ambassadors

Financial Director's Duties

Organizing Officer's Duties

1. Shall responsible for the planning and implementation of his/ her campus activities of programs to be undertaken by AAPSuD
2. Shall establish program and link between AAPSuD branches
3. Shall arrange logistics of programs of event as approve by the Governor

Public Relation Officer's Duties

1. Shall be an official spokesman for his/ her university/college
2. Ensuring the public is adequately inform of the activities and programs of AAPSuD
3. Settling matters of the public
4. Shall be chief Editor for his/her college/branch newspaper

Chief Whip's Duties

1. Shall keep silent or order in every meeting
2. Shall levied fine on defaulters
3. Shall collect and handover fines to the financial officer
